Revised from fav recipe.
Decided to share my latest baking recipe which was 2 weeks ago.
7tbsp cocoa (shifted)
1tbsp instant coffee powder (i used nescafe powder)
200g castor sugar (i only used 140g)
4 small eggs (beaten)
120g flour (shifted)
1tsp baking powder (shifted)
40g chopped walnut
200g cooking chocolate (cut into pieces)

I wish I had captured some photos during the baking process
After 45mins (bake longer depend on your oven), tadaaaaaa...
The texture is quite dry but it taste good!
Glad that I reduced the sugar! :)
