Wordless Wednesday : Work Out

Jump Rope aka skipping
Do it 10 mins daily will burn 135 calories as well as sculpt your shoulder, chest, arms and legs.

My before-bed routine since last week!
The first day was hard. 10x ja lompat sdh begagar lutut! Hahahah!!
Now, I can skip for 50x nonstop. Break awhile before I continue till 150x!
Siok!! Kluar peluh!

  2. Sia pnya problem will be pandai tecicis klau lompat2. Ni lah ni anak tiga, bladder pun loose sdh haha... Tapi kalau lari2 inda pula hmmm...

  5. Sia suka juga tu jumping rope. Slalu sia mo buat tapi nda cukup space ni ruma kami. Padahal, cukup space pula kalo main bula wahaha.

  7. Sa nda mampu lumpat2 Just.. jogging pun sa main paksa, kalau lari satu round di Likas Park, mau-mau ja sy "full speed" supaya cepat complete satu round. Itu pun kapus2 sudah @_@

  8. jumping rope only reminds me of that one time when i fell to the ground because of the rope. haha..it hurt & i decided to not doing it again XD

  9. I can't skip! Bukan tidak tahan.. but my dog find the "wooshing" sound funny, therefore he'll bark! Ha ha ha. Nowadays, I only do circuit training by Jillian Michaels. At least ada juga la burn a few calories. :P
