Currently Yoga-yogi is my latest obsession. Not that obses la. Terpengaruh ja! Hahaha! Sis Mouren and Stella keep on sharing info and poses bout Yoga. Wency did blog it out too. So, mcm tercabar pula! Hahahaha… pdhal, all these while mana pernah mau peduli.. yoga ka.. zumba ka.. Aerobic ka..
Tapi, lately.. sejak itu lunoks makin sihat… mau nda mau.. malas ka rajin.. I have to do something! Work out la apa lagi! *wink*
Last few weeks I started with jump rope. I do it almost every nite before go to bed.
And last nite, I finally tried out few Yoga poses! Karas itu badan ok!! Hahahahah… Tapi, tidak apa.. mula2 mmg la karas kan.. lama2 ok la tu kan kan kan..
Nope.. no photos were taken during the Yoga. Semua sibuk. So, yeahh… I enjoyed myself with all the tunggang tebalik! Hihihihhi…

I did pose no 8, 11, 22 and 25 last nite. Only manage to held breath for 2secs for the camel pose thou'! Mau patah pinggang ok! Hahahahah…
